Although different panels of three judges may sit to hear appeals. there is only one Superior Court (Pennsylvania is not divided into appellate territories). The court is based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and sits to hear cases in Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia. |
